In the event that you would like to return a product to us, please notify us of the reason within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by emailing us via our contact page.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in the original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refund a percentage of the goods value if the packaging is not in a condition where we can resale at the original price. Frozen products must be returned using the appropriate transport in order to preserve the product or we will be unable to provide a refund.
Products must be returned to our address at the bottom of this page. Please email us with the proof of return/dispatch. We will assess the goods upon receipt and notify you accordingly.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept a cancellation of frozen goods unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or the wrong item has been received. If this does happen, please follow the procedures above and email us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
