REGISTRATION, ORDERS & PAYMENTS
In order to purchase products on this website, you must adhere to the following:-
Provide you name, email address and payment details, be over the age of 18, ensure the delivery address is an area we deliver to if you are not collecting the goods from Kinmel Bay and also have a valid debit/credit card that we accept.
You, the customer, agree that all your personal information is current and accurate and you will notify us immediately of any changes.
We will, within our power, keep all details of your order and payment secure at all times. However, if there is negligence on our behalf, we cannot be held responsible/liable for any loss you may incur if a third party obtains unauthorised access when ordering from or accessing the TopK9Nosh website.
The customer (You) places the order and confirms all ok (including delivery area) at the checkout.
We will then send you an email confirming the products you have ordered.
We will then confirm delivery information.
We are able to refuse to process an order or a service at our discretion.
Payment can be made via any of the acceptable debit/credit cards or Paypal if you prefer. If your card issuer refuses payment, no order will be delivered.
In the event that you would like to return a product to us, you will need to notify us of the reason within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by emailing us at or via our contact form. Please ensure that the goods are returned in the original, undamaged packaging as we reserve the right to refund a percentage of the goods value if the packaging is not in a condition where we can resale at the original price. Frozen products need to be returned using the appropriate transport in order to preserve the product or we will be unable to provide a refund. Products need to be returned to TopK9Nosh 7 Bodelwyddan Avenue, Kinmel Bay, Conwy LL18 5BW. Please email us with the proof of return/despatch. We will assess the goods upon receipt and notify you accordingly. For further information, please visit our Returns & Cancellations page.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a cancellation of frozen goods unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or the wrong item has been received. If this does happen, please follow the procedures above and email us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

TopK9Nosh strongly encourages customers to read the Feeding Guides before providing their dog(s) with their first meal.
