From our experience, dogs can't wait to try our delicious products. However, before you feed your dog their first mouthwatering raw meal, there are a few things you need to know.

• All our raw dog food is supplied frozen 

• The advice for handling TopK9Nosh food is exactly the same as for handling any raw meat

• Do not refreeze once defrosted

• Thoroughly defrost the meal on the bottom shelf in the fridge

• IMPORTANT: You should never defrost frozen meat products at room temperature as this encourages bacterial growth

• Once defrosted, keep stored in the fridge

• Wash your dog’s bowl thoroughly after each use

• Wash all surfaces and utensils thoroughly

• After all the above, ensure you wash your hands for at least 20 seconds in hot soapy water and thoroughly dry.
